The Swedish company, Goodlife International AB (“OVERMUCH®”) is responsible for registering the personal data that you send to us and is responsible for your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

Where do we store your information?
The data we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA), but can also be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. All such transfer of your personal data is in accordance with applicable law.
For transfers outside the EEA, OVERMUCH® applies standard clause and privacy protection clauses as protection in countries without an adequate level of protection from the European Commission.
Who has access to your information?
Only OVERMUCH® has access to your information
We will never pass on, sell or exchange your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the OVERMUCH® group. Information that is forwarded to a third party is used only for us to provide our services to you. You will find the different categories of third parties under each individual process below.
On what legal basis are the data processed?
Each time we process personal data that we collect from you, we inform you whether the provision of personal data is legal or mandatory for entering into an agreement and whether it is mandatory to provide personal data and any consequences if you choose to do so.
What are your rights?
Right of access:
You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can contact OVERMUCH®, who sends you your personal information via email.
Right to data portability:
Each time OVERMUCH® processes your personal data in an automated manner following your consent or under an agreement, you have the right to have a copy of your data transmitted to you or another party in a structured, ordinary and machine-readable format. It only includes the personal information you have provided to us.
Right to Correction:

If you have an account or club membership with OVERMUCH®, you can edit your personal information on the pages of your account and your membership.
Right to delete:
You have the right to delete all personal data processed by OVERMUCH® at any time except for the following situations
* you have an ongoing case with customer service
* you have an ongoing order that has not yet been sent or partially shipped
* you have an unpaid debt with OVERMUCH®, regardless of the payment method
* you are suspected of having or abused our services in the last four years
* your debt has been sold to third parties for the past three years or one year for deceased customers
* your credit application has been rejected within the last three months
* if you have made a purchase, we will save your personal data in connection with the transaction for accounting purposes.
Your right to refuse to process personal data for a legitimate interest:
You have the right to refuse to process your personal data based on OVERMUCH®'s legitimate interest. OVERMUCH® will not continue to process personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate reason for the process that goes before your interests and rights or due to legal claims.
Your right to refuse direct marketing:
You have the right to refuse direct marketing, including profile analysis done for direct marketing purposes.

Right of restriction:
You have the right to demand that OVERMUCH® limit the handling of your personal data in the following circumstances:
* If you object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of OVERMUCH®'s legitimate interest, OVERMUCH® should limit all handling of the data during an ongoing investigation of legitimate interest.
* If you have claimed that your personal data is inaccurate, OVERMUCH® must limit all handling of this data during the ongoing investigation of whether the personal data is correct.
* If the processing of personal data violates the law, you can oppose the deletion of the personal data and instead request limitation on the use of your personal data.
* If OVERMUCH® no longer needs your personal information but it is required for you to be able to defend yourself against legal claims.

Right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority:
If you believe that OVERMUCH® processes your personal information incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.
Updates to our Privacy Notice:
We may need to update our privacy notice. The latest version of the privacy notice is always available on our website. We will notify you of any material changes to the Privacy Notice, such as the purpose of using your personal information, the identity of the representative or your rights.
Online purchase
Why do we use your personal information?
We use your personal information to manage your purchase online at OVERMUCH® by processing your orders and returns via our online services and sending you delivery status notifications or in the event of problems with the delivery of your items.
We use your personal information to manage your payments.
We also use your information to handle complaints and warranty issues regarding products.
Your personal information is used to identify you and to confirm that you hold the statutory minimum age for making purchases online and to confirm your address with external partners.

How long do we save your data?
We store your information for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.
When it comes to email marketing, we consider you an inactive customer if you haven't opened an email in the past year.
After that, your personal data will be deleted.
Customer service
Why do we use your personal information?
We use your personal information to handle inquiries from you, handle complaints and warranty matters regarding products as well as technical support via email, our chat function, telephone and social media.
We can also contact you if there is any problem with your order.

We keep your information for 100 days when it comes to phone and email and for 12 months when it comes to case management.
In store complaints, your data is stored for two years, with the exception of the US, where they are stored for five years.

Why do we use your personal information?
We process your information as you participate in our competitions. Your personal information is used to allow OVERMUCH® to contact the contestants about the competition, before and after an event, to identify the contestants, to verify the age of the contestants, to contact the winners and to send out and follow up the sending of prizes.

Why do we use your personal information?

How long do we save your data?
OVERMUCH® does not save your personal data. You can easily delete cookies from your computer or mobile device through the browser.
